If you have an AWeber account you want to have this little script.
There’s some debate about what is better Singe Opt-in or Double Opt-in.
AWeber uses Double Opt-in and if you use single Opt-in they will recommend you
to use Double Opt-in and their system does’t work too well if you plan on using
single Opt-in.
You may need to look to other Email marketing services like iContact, Infusionsoft or GetResponse
I use AWeber (testing out iContact) and i use this script to have a Hybrid of Double Opt-in Confirmation and Redirect to a Money Page (Salesletter or Affiliate Program.)
So your subscriber enters your page and you have a landing page or a Value Venue Page
Your subscribers Opt-in and they need to see a thank you page and tell them that they need
to click a little link on a email on their email inbox or on their SPAM Folder…
This delays the buying process…
Bad idea.
But with this little script you get two actions in one Step.
- You Alert Them that they need to Check their Email either on the Inbox or the SPAM folder.
- You Redirect them to your money page after they Click “Ok”
You just need to Download This Script by clicking here (Spanish and English Scripts)
Upload it to your site and just use it as your Thank You Page on your AWeber Web form settings.

Wow, this is good……………. How many times have I wanted to get a move on and get more information about the product when I have been boringly redirected to my inbox!
What happens when there is no new email to redirect me? I go and look at something else and forget about the other!
